This month we will be getting loose & having fun on one page with paint, stencils and a bit of Distress Glaze. The world is a heavy place right now, so I will be sharing some simple mental health techniques that may help with worry and strain. The second page ties into this and has an optional theme about the war in Ukraine. We will work on art as a healing concept. I have a second design if you don’t want to journal about this subject. I hope you will join me. Masks and vaccinations are required for the safety of our staff and customers.
