In this class you will learn Gel Press techniques starting with backgrounds, adding textures and layering. Learn how to build pages without creating muddy colors. Using the Tim Holtz Folio we will create a beautiful, vibrant, colorful interactive book that can be used as an art journal, mini album or a wonderful book to put your favorite stamped images or quotes. You choose your colors! This project has fun flaps, envelopes, tags and pockets to showcase your photos or ephemera. Fee free to bring Gel Plate prints you already have & can build on.

Gel Press or Gelliplate
Brayer
Acrylic Paint (you will want a good variety including white & black)
Stencils (you will want a lot-I will have some to share)
Textures like embossed foam, texture plates...
Texture tools like Catalyst or Ranger marking tools
Background stamps
Scor tape or Super tape
Glossy Accents glue or strong wet glue
Scissors and baby wipes
